Vice President, US Plasma-Derived Therapies Head of Sales
About the role:
Join Takeda in a commercial leadership role as our VP of US Sales for the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) field sales organization which is comprised of rare disease sales teams and a national strategic accounts team. As the VP of US Sales, your purpose is to achieve or exceed financial targets, and to achieve or exceed other goals to help strengthen the market position, reach, representation, and overall success of PDT in-line brands and future launches. You will report to the Senior Vice President, PDT and you will be an active member of the PDT Leadership Team to bring commercial strategy and execution. You will be an active member of the US Business Unit (USBU) Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
As the leader of a complex business organization, you will lead for success. This role will be accountable for your own compliance but also for the compliance of all individuals on your team. As such, you will lead the way and lead by example by demonstrating full knowledge and commitment to all applicable policies.

Base Salary Range: $240,100.00 to $343,000.00 based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
