Partner with and make recommendations to the franchise leaders, Marketing and Sales teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 10-20% travel.Major Accountabilities •Develop the strategy and operational plans to develop sales competencies & drive performance across the organization•Lead the development and execution of the ADAR or ARM Training and Skills Training plan for assigned brand(s) and /or key product launches•Regularly provides recommendations & aligns with brand and franchise leadership to drive cross functional development, execution and delivery of priority product training plans.•Collaborate with HQ Training, external vendors /SMEs, and key BU functions.•Development of training materials that reflect the needs of the brand and evolving market landscape and legal /regulatory requirements•Ensure cross-functional input is integrated & aligned in the strategy, tactics, and investments of the plan•Ensure curriculum is designed to accommodate progressive learning and aligned with cross-functional leadership
