Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. With a strong R&D footprint and pipeline, our fast-growing Interventional business unit is poised to continue the development of new technologies to serve critically ill patients for years to come. Principal Responsibilities
• Execute clinical engineering services comprised of Teleflex owned and existing customers, including installation, preventative maintenance, and corrective action maintenance in support of the Arrow Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps
• Co-ordinate and prepare all service materials for offsite technical trainings
• Provide customer technical support via phone, email, and when critical at the customer site
• Follow process and procedures for expenses and consignment inventory efficiently to designated budgets
• Provide voice of customer feedback to the sales, service, and marketing team
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
• Service call management, tracking and processing within SAP/FSM
• Data entry/maintenance of International Field Service Reports and other documents within the service modules (SAP/FSM)
• Prepare and present reports and various metrics
• Manage physical Inventory count
• Maintaining calibration units for Field Technicians and ensure units are available for calibration
• Lead and support customer training activities, in-person and remote
• Maintain service procedures, related checklists, and service manuals
• Create and Submit Engineering Change Orders through the appropriate system and approval process
• Produce and distribute Field Chance Notice documentation as well as technical tips
• As a part of the team React and Respond to CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Action) and NC (Non Conformance) determinations
• Support all on-site audit requirements
• Perform In-house technical activity focused on product troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and maintaining sales equipment to satisfy sales and service requirements
• Prepare service-related shipments directly out of service depot
• Invoicing of billable services within system
• Additional duties as needed to support the Field Service Team

Education / Experience Requirements
• 3-5 years of technical service experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Experience with balloon pumps preferred
• Associates Degree in a related technical field or Advanced Certification License in a related field or 10 years of relevant clinical service experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in medical devices

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 40-50% regional travel
