Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a social science field Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental illness, and HIV‐related issues. Awareness of implementation science literature. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends. Ability to travel frequently to Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Hawaii, and the US‐affiliated Pacific Jurisdictions (3‐5 trips per month). Extensive experience in leading teams and facilitating cross‐agency collaboration Demonstrated skill and experience in training providers in clinical skill development related to the provision of primary care and behavioral health treatment. Demonstrated skill and experience in prioritizing and managing multiple and often competing deadlines. Detail‐oriented and strong organizational and problem‐solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and closely with other members of the training team and establish and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues and training customers. Must possess valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable access to an automobile.
