This is a one-year contract role (with benefits) and has the possibility to convert to full-time.
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing Employer Partnerships team! The Sales Development Representative will become a trusted resource in identifying qualified leads and opportunities, managing sales calls, and developing/nurturing relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will focus specifically on building partnerships with major healthcare and hospital systems in the Los Angeles metro area in partnership with Cedars-Sinai.
This is a remote position. We want a self-motivated, driven, and highly collaborative individual that can contribute to our growth, work in a dynamic environment, and work proactively to drive overall sales performance. You will have the opportunity to be professionally developed by our experienced sales and employer partnerships team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and qualify partner leads in the healthcare space (hospitals, healthcare networks, etc.)
- Outreach and initiate contact with potential leads through cold-calling or responding to inquiries and schedule/secure meetings with key executive/decision-makers for the SVP of Employer Partnerships
- Mine current accounts for new business/upselling opportunities
- Develop relationships, perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Achieve quarterly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales department on strategic sales approach and provide ongoing feedback for continuous process optimization
- Become an expert at prospecting and master/maintain accurate activity in the tools needed to be successful including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and more.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Climb Hire’s mission, program offerings/solution development skills
Requirements
- Proven track record demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling healthcare staffing solutions highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the upskilling and higher ed alternative industry; or demonstrated ability in quickly understanding nuances of new industries and developing content.
