greater Greenville, South Carolina area and are passionate about sales. You are a closer. You are effective at mining and qualifying prospects. It is in your nature to actively listen and build trust, communicate value through effective presentations and cultivate strong relationships throughout the entire engagement life cycle. You are passionate about the service or product you represent and committed to achieving sales goals. You are proficient with Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Word and a quick study on software applications. You have the ability to travel and at times be away overnight.
How You’ll Contribute
In this front-line sales role, you will work within a large geographic market to identify, develop and close new business opportunities with both small and large physician group practices, healthcare systems and aligned third parties. You will research and develop tactical sales initiatives to achieve your sales goals through cold calling, scheduling meetings and leveraging network contacts. As a SME on CCM and RPM you will prepare presentations and effectively educate physicians and their representatives on the features and benefits of HealthXL’s virtual care services. You skillfully overcome objections and offer solutions. With attention to detail, you prepare client proposals and supporting collateral. You will represent HealthXL with integrity and excellence.

Overview
Sales Executive - Job Description
HealthXL® provides virtual patient care services under the guidelines of Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (“CCM”) and Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) programs. The Sales Executive (SE) is a remote based, outside sales role. The SE works within a large geographic market area to develop new business opportunities with medium to large physician (primary care, internists, and cardiologists) group practices. This full-time position reports to the Director, Client Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Performs market research and develops detailed tactical sales plan for assigned territory
- Builds list of qualified targets based on provider’s Medicare participation
- Makes cold calls, in person and by phone, to physician group practices with an emphasis on primary care, internists, and cardiology
- Schedules and conducts in practice meetings (lunches, and other) with providers and their staff to present features and benefits of virtual patient care
- Creates and submits proposals, maintains proactive follow-up, and negotiates business terms, and closes opportunities
- Exhibits persistence and creativity in overcoming prospect objections to close deals
- Pursues prospect referrals from existing, satisfied clients; and strategic contacts
- Identifies and attends networking opportunities to expand lead pipeline
- Stays engaged after closing, facilitates implementations in coordination with internal operations teams
- Stays engaged after implementation, ensures 90-day post go-live plan is followed
- Works with internal operations, collaborates on continued revenue growth opportunities
- Tracks all prospect/client details and progress in Salesforce
- Generates sales activity reports and forecasts, as required
- Travels as necessary, including overnight, based on size of assigned territory
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare discipline preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years professional selling experience or demonstrated aptitude
- Ability and willingness to maintain high selling activity levels
- Goal and achievement oriented, persuasive
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word, solid familiarity with Excel
- Working knowledge of, or quick study on Salesforce CRM or similar application
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
