Territory Sales Representative (TSR) – primary objective will be to drive sales growth and quota attainment within the Houston, Texas area.
Daily activities will include prospecting, territory analysis, strategic planning, maintenance and growth of existing accounts and servicing the needs of Medcomp customers.
The TSR is an integral member of the sales team, supporting the development and execution of strategies and tactics to help Medcomp achieve its sales goals. Clear and consistent communication with the sales leadership team as well as your assigned Regional Sales Manager or Strategic Sales Manage is fundamental for success. The TSR is accountable for maintaining a culture that is positive and supportive of the objectives of the objectives of the company, its values and mission at all times.
Education and Experience Requirements -
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in medicaldevice industry is preferred
- Experience in Vascular Access, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology and/or Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology or Oncology is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent interpersonaland organizational skills,
- Strong existing relationships with key individuals within Houston, Texas is highly preferred.
- Extremely self-motivated with superior communication skills requires
- Written, verbal and presentation skills are fundamental requirements of the TSR position.
- Ability toeffectively manage difficult clinical issues, customer service and support issues, customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner according to defined corporate guidelinesand policies.
- Valid Driver's License and auto insurance are required.
Preferred candidates reside in the Houston, TX or immediate surrounding area.
Relocation is not offered with this position.
