Metric Search are delighted to be retained by one of the world's top 5 Orthopedics companies as we partner to hire their new Mid-Atlantic General Manager.

This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Medical Device Leader to join one of the most innovative, well-established companies in Medical Devices. We are looking for a Commercial Leader with a proven track record in Orthopaedics (or Emerging MedTech) to help drive the growth of this critical territory (Baltimore-DC).

You will be inheriting a hugely successful region; which is currently $100M revenue and a team of 50+. You will be given the autonomy to further build out your team and capitalize on key growth opportunities within the market.

You will have the huge advantage of working with some of the most innovative, emerging technology in the space (smart implants, robotics, AI) with fantastic career progression opportunities on offer.

As expected, the package is outstanding, with a substantial base + bonus + equity on offer.

Key Experience:

10+ years' Sales experience in Medical Devices; in positions of increasing responsibility
Strong leadership track record
Extensive knowledge and network within Orthopaedics
