Boulo is an online staffing and recruiting company based in Birmingham, Alabama. We launched in 2019 and our mission is to help women stay in and return to the workforce. We are growing and are in need of a Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell our service to small and medium sized businesses. You will be educating prospects on our product through phone/zoom calls, LinkedIn and email. 80% of leads are provided and 20% self-driven.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Flexibility: Remote

Salary: $45,000-$50,000, On-Target Earning: $65,000+, Commission is uncapped

Successful candidates will be strong communicators who have disciplined sales skills and are comfortable contacting prospects over the phone, sending emails, and conducting business qualification meetings online. The perfect candidate is someone who loves the spotlight (we are a small team), thrives on meeting individual performance goals, demonstrates a track record as a team player. Key traits are self-motivated, enthusiastic and coachable. The perfect candidate would enjoy making a difference by helping mothers find flexible careers that offer work/life balance.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

Start achieving monthly sales quota within 90-days of hire by following an established sales process.
Drive inbound and outbound qualified leads to close in 40 days through respectful persistence.
Execute on leads provided and create own qualified leads.
Be a team player by supporting other team members, encouraging progressive thinking and demonstrating persistence in execution.
Build relationships with business executives via phone, video calls and email communication.
Accurately complete customer details and sales activity in the CRM system.
Provide team lead ways to improve and develop our customer offerings so we can continue to grow with our customers in new, valuable, and differentiated ways

The Inside Sales Representative is:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and calling C-level executives at small to medium sized businesses.
Works well under goal pressure.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
1+ years experience in inside sales.
Experienced using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and has experience using any CRM system, Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
Free from distraction in a quiet WFH space.
