Dental Sales

Job Description

Our client is a publicly traded medical device company that leads the worldwide orthodontics market in providing outstanding clinical results for their patients.  They are currently seeking a highly motivated sales representative to promote their technology to orthodontists and GP dentists throughout the territory.

Territory is Long Beach and South LA.

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree.
• Minimum 5 years highly successful outside sales experience.  Medical device experience highly preferred.
• Pharma backgrounds considered, if highly specialized niche product (and no pod selling) and top 10% ranking.
  
• No job hoppers. 
• Self-starting, high achiever, with the ability to prove past “wins”, i.e., Rookie of the Year, President’s Club, etc.
• Analytical and critical thinker, with the ability to be rapidly coached.
  
• Residence in territory

55K base salary (non-negotiable) plus commissions for total comp of 110-125K first year, uncapped.  Top reps with this company earn 200K+.  Car allowance, gas card, full benefits, all expenses.  This is a great opportunity with an extremely stable, growing company.
